I purchased the single size 9 tog duvet for my child to use during winter, and it has been just right. We always have the heating on at home, and my child says it’s not too hot and not too cold, just the perfect balance. The duvet arrived neatly packaged and well compressed. Once opened, it expanded on its own very quicky and there was no unpleasant smell. It doesn’t look quite as puffy as the duvet shown in the product photos. I am guessing because I chose the 9 tog rather than a higher tog option, so naturally it contains less feather filling and isn’t meant to be very thick. We didn’t use it straight away and left it out for about two days to allow it to fully fluff up. I’m not sure whether this was necessary, but it certainly didn’t hurt.

I've had the 12 tog, king size duvet since the beginning of the year and it's the best duvet I've ever bought. I wanted that pillowy, fluffy feel/look but not too heavy duvet and this is the one for me. Keeps me nice and toasty for the winter so I'll be buying a 4 tog soon for the summer. It comes vacuum packed but genuinely does not harm it. It doesn't take long to fluff up.

None of my super king duvet sets fit its so annoying as I spent alot of money on my bed sets! It is a lovely duvet but this is very annoying

Have been using this for few months now. The size and feel are good however it makes A LOT of sound (feels plastic) and there is feather everywhere sticking out and irritating our skin. Do not buy.
