What is the point of non-GMO if not organic?

Although the coating of our capsule is not organic, the coating itself, in addition to the fermented garlic, is not derived from any genetically modified organisms. Many scientists believe that genetically modified organisms (GMOs) can be harmful to people as well as the environment. How many cloves of black garlic is one serving of your garlic pills equal to?

Our Aged Black Garlic Capsules have a fresh to dry ratio of approximately 7.5:1. This is equivalent to approximately 7 grams of black garlic cloves per serving!

Does this garlic product have the garlic odor and aftertaste?

It sounds like people’s answers prior to mine are BOTH yes AND no; they’re all correct. Because, upon opening the bottle, there is indeed a very strong—but pleasant if you like garlic—garlicky odor. I’d be suspicious if it did not. Likewise, you can taste it also upon putting the capsules in your mouth. HOWEVER, all that said, you will not experience extreme garlic burbs if you take as directed just before a meal. There’s also no bad garlic sweat/garlic B.O. Hope this clears up any confusion. It is a very good product.
