the second day on this my night sweats were completely gone, I felt like a nicer person too. improved my sleep, and my frizzy hair due to hormones wasn't so frizzy anymore. I was very impressed with the size of the capsule. It was very small and thin. Very easy to swallow. I usually worry about the size of capsules for supplements because some are too big to swallow.
