It has made no difference, as far as I can tell.
As far as I can tell, wherever I put it, it makes very little difference to the distribution of wifi around my home. I seem to have wasted my money. The device appears to function, according to the lights, but with no clear benefit.

Worth buying this WiFi extender
This as a great product for getting better signal further away from your router. It functions very well however it took awhile to set up as you have to plug it in next to the router first and then move it to the place you need it , this is a great value extender compared to some of the more well known brands that have shocking performance when previously used.

Easy to set up
Very easy to set up and uses the same password as main router. Separates 2g and 5g which helps for some devices that only connect to 2g.

This WiFi extender is unbelievable I wanted WiFi in my shed outside it's about 50mtr if even that I wasn't getting Nothing from my original WiFi till I got the extender I watch football and play music of my fire stick and not a blip

Make sure Openreach don't stick your box behind the TV.
Works on top of mw bookcase upstairs. Openreach decided to install my full fibre behind the TV. Result got 150 on sky internet but only 20 at PC. Had to buy this. works best ontop of book case.

Kristallklares 4K-Streaming mit Moonlight von PC zu Steamdeck.
Ich nutze den Cudy AX3000 als eigenen WLAN-Access-Point für mein Steam Deck und meinen PC. Hauptsächlich streame ich über Moonlight direkt auf mein Steam Deck, das im Dock an einem 4K-TV hängt. So kann ich fast alle PC-Spiele bequem auf dem Sofa spielen. Jetzt in 4K ohne spürbare Verzögerung.Vorher war ich nur mit dem normalen WLAN meiner Fritzbox verbunden und hatte schon bei 25 Mbit Bitrate Probleme mit Rucklern und Artefakten und dem Hinweis von Moonlight meine Bitrate zu reduzieren.Seit ich den Cudy im Access Point Modus per LAN ins Netzwerk eingebunden habe, läuft alles deutlich besser. Ich streame jetzt mit 60 Mbit Bitrate in HDR, das Bild ist gestochen scharf und bleibt selbst bei Bewegung stabil. Die Latenz ist kaum spürbar. Nur selten zeigt Moonlight mal 2–5 Prozent Network Jitter, wenn der PC unter hoher Last steht – das fällt im Spiel aber nicht auf.Die Einrichtung war einfach: LAN-Kabel rein, Weboberfläche aufrufen, Access Point aktivieren, WLAN konfigurieren – fertig. Die Verbindung ist stabiler als alles, was ich vorher über Repeater oder das Fritzbox-WLAN versucht habe. Ich nutze das WLAN jetzt nur fürs Streaming, und dafür ist es ideal.Für alle, die ihr Wohnzimmer-Streaming verbessern oder einfach ein sauberes, leistungsstarkes WLAN für Gaming aufbauen wollen, ist das Teil absolut empfehlenswert.
