Pretty good! I had not looked at the measurements and thought it was slightly larger spanning across the upper back and perhaps further down. However, does the job and is certainly cold enough and stays cold for a while. It also becomes cold in the freezer quite fast if it's been out!

I’m coming here months after purchase because I knew it would solidify my opinion. It’s a good size and lot of filler so it stays cold for a LONG time which was important to me. At first it’s too frozen but it improves in a few minutes of use and I think it helps it stay nice and cold. I have noticed a little sound at the snaps to indicate a little leak but I just don’t squeeze it there and it’s not an issue. The bag is less of a case and more just plastic but the seal has been used many times and still works and i do like it not smelling like the freezer, more than I thought!

Overall this item works as expected. I do have 2 issues I think are important. One, I'm a guy and it's tight on my neck. It does stretch, but the velcro closure can be annoying. Two, I expected it to stay cold longer. I have neck, shoulder and upper back pain. I might try the one that drapes over the shoulders, looks more comfortable.

Cold really helps pain but it only stays cold about one hour

The ice pack itself stays cold for a while and does its job. This sounds weird but the Velcro is SO strong that it takes a few minutes and lots of scratching my fingers to try to get it apart! I can manage it if I only attach it by a tiny overlap, but when it's fully Velcroed, forget it. I'd be stuck in it for life!

Not heavy, soft and smooth gel. Feels great on my neck wished it stayed cool longer I’d use it all day. lol

For something that is supposed to help with migraines, the smell is too much. I wish it didnt have a scent. To me it smells like new tires. I was also mildly hopeful because I thought i would be able to stretch this over my head and onto my neck but turns out I can only use the velcro part which very easily gets stuck in my hair.

Great, I have 4 of them in various colors. I keep them in the freezer so they are always ready when I need them. Every night I take one and put it around my neck before I go to sleep as I have chronic pain there. I helps me relax and keeps me cool on these summer nights. I even sent one to my girlfriend who has night sweats.

Only stays cold for about 30 mins

I think I was expecting too much from this product. It doesn't cover the neck and shoulders at the same which I wanted. It also doesn't stay cold for a long time. It's ok but I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it

Ice neck pack brilliant, for the price well worth it

Does not stay cold/cool for very long despite being in the freezer for days on end. Ease of use: Very easy to fit but the cut could be better
