Great item but instructions not great. Tips: the instructions don't even mention the little joiner pieces (see pic). Obviously they are required to go between sections. Also note each length of 4 LED strips are the same size so for a wide monitor (or TV) you aren't necessarily going to be able to fit them each along the edges and so have to fit them parallel. Not a big deal though light not quite as even around the edges of the monitor for me (35 inch ultra wide). Lights work well even on an already colored wall - my wall is bright yellow but all colours still shine through just fine. Instructions make a big deal out of lining up the strips but are not really clear what this means - it means the arrows on the white plastic connectors have to line up with the +5v sign sides of the LEDs strips. See image for details. Nice and bright but a bonus is the dimming works really well for late night use / avoid eye strain. Also the remote control is RF (radio) not infra-red which is great because you don't need line of sight to a receiver to work and you won't get interference from other infra red devices. Finally, remember to check the USB port for voltages. USB3 on my monitor (blue connector) is 11v, not 5v. Not sure it would fry anything, but connected to USB2 (labelled 5v) and works fine so I guess best not to take the chance.

These are great LEDs for all sorts of uses but I've used them as they are advertised for my TV. Because of the link cables that are also supplied with them they are capable of fitting a good size range of TVs. My bedroom TV is 32" and really the set is a little large for that size TV but I mananged to get it to fit. I ended up not using the link cables in the end and it worked out quite well. I've plugged them into the USB port of my TV and the lights automatically come on when I turn the TV on. It remembers the last colour used. There are different colours that you can use and also different effects but I find the effects are distracting when watching tv. They are useful for other purposes though. These lights are not active colour change though which means they do not replicate the tv screen, you have to change the colours by the remote. They do give you a nice ambient light though and in my case it's all part of my themed lighting.

Ok, so the instructions were a little unclear; the arrows on the connectors didn't seem to match up to the arrow direction on the LED strips; but I did eventually get it working where one strip *wasn't* a different colour to the rest! And wow. It is really good. We actually have a slightly larger TV; but its still hugely effective. Ok, I think it looks pretty; but my husband reliably informs me that if you have it on the whitest setting when watching TV you don't need to have the contrast so high on the TV itself; it makes the colours stand out more and reduces eye fatigue. It definitely looks good and my eyes don't ache as much watching the endless amounts of Minions my 3 year old forces me to watch daily.

One star as the product is faulty, only certain lights work on certain strips and sometimes don't even turn on at all. They were purchased as part of the finishing touches to a bedroom makeover for my son, so was a little disappointed when these didn't work. *edit* to add to our fun when we went to take them down to put some new ones on, they had come off the back of the TV and had stuck to the brandnew wallpaper leaving a rip. Ordered some new ones for £2.99 and they are fab!

Quite easy to assemble but my tv is only 42” and due to the length of the joing corner connections I struggled at first to fit without them showing. Eventually with some trial and error I fitted one piece across the top and bottom and then criss crossed 2 across the middle. The sticky tape is really strong although I did struggle to start of the peel back. I prefer to use the Demo setting as it shows all the colours, unless you want to change settings the remote is not needed as the lights come on and off with the TV. Very pleased with the effect considering buying more to fit under kitchen units as they can be plugged into a usb plug....

The actual light is great but the self adhesive backing is just awful, I wiped the tv with alcohol wipes first and after a few days the strips fell off. Shame really as the lights look great.

These LED lights are brilliant. I have used them on the back of a tv. This item is amazing the way the remote works with the LED lights without the need for any ugly cables to be showing. Having the ability to bend the lights round corners as they come in different sections in brilliant. The lights fit flush to the tv and when they are not switched on they are impossible to see. I love the fact that you can dim the LED lights to reduce the amount of light being given off behind the tv. If you are looking for LED lights then defiantly go for these, for the money the quality is amazing.

This is my second set of TV lights & I must say these are the best ones yet, you do have to link all lights together yourself, but that's the best thing, as you can set your own TV whether it or small,y TV is a 55" and it looks great, you don't have to have any cable showing for the remote to work & it works well when using the 3.0 USB port, of you are looking for this type of thing then I highly recommend this version first, I don't see how anyone could fault it, it may have been only 1 day & night but I am very impressed.

Wer braucht schon Ambient Light TVs? Klar, bei den Fernsehern mit integriertem Ambient Light passt sich das Licht automatisch an die Farbe im Bild an. Hier bleibt nur der Weg es selbst mit der Fernbedienung anzupassen. Aber das ist diesen Preis allemal wert! Angekommen ist die Lichterkette kompakt verpackt und in mehrere Teile zerlegt. Auf diese Weise kann man die LED-Streifen an die Größe des Bildschirms anpassen. Die Anleitung ist klein und kompakt, erklärt aber auf den Punkt genau was zu tun ist. Das Anbringen der Streifen hinten am Fernseher funktioniert super, die Klebefläche hält unerwartet gut. Über USB werden die LEDs mit Strom versorgt, kann also direkt am Fernseher angeschlossen werden, insofern ein USB Slot vorhanden und nicht belegt ist. Die Leuchtintensität ist Spitze! Bei hellem Tageslicht war es noch deutlich zu erkennen und in der Nacht musste ich es schon fast etwas dimmen. In der Anleitung stehen verschiedene Anordnungen der Lichterketten, je nach Größe des Fernsehers. Die Anleitung geht nur bis 60", auf meinem 65" hat es aber auch noch gut gepasst. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es sogar bis 75" reicht.

Era da un po' che cercavo queste strisce led da applicare alla TV un pò per curiosità ed un pò per tastare con mano l'efficacia sull'affaticamento visivo decantata da questi prodotti.. Un pò per il prezzo un pò per le recensioni ho deciso di provare queste strisce. Allora all'arrivo del pacchetto sono rimasto un attimo spiazzato perchè mi aspettavo delle strisce più ingombranti.. All'interno della confezione sono presenti 4 strisce LED autoadesive, 4 cavetti che servono come collegamento tra le strisce (sono tutti uguali ad eccezione dell'ultimo che riconoscerete per via della presa USB in coda che va collegato come ultimo e servirà per alimentare le strisce), diversi connettori a pettine che servono da giunti tra strisce e cavetti e un telecomando piccolino pronto all'uso e le istruzioni (in inglese ma con immagini che ci guideranno passo dopo passo) L'unione di tutti questi pezzi va fatta, o almeno vi consiglio di farla, prima dell'installazione vera e propria. Dopo aver collegato tutti i prezzi e prima di attaccare le strisce al televisore è meglio fare una prova di funzionalità (basta collegare il cavetto usb ad una presa adatta e vedere se le luci si accendono) Il fissaggio vero e proprio al televisore può avvenire a serpentina, per TV più piccole (come nel mio caso), o andando ricoprire il perimetro della TV per schermi più grandi. Come vedete dalle foto che ho caricato l'effetto è molto suggestivo e nel mio caso ho optato per una colorazione fissa ma giocando un pò con il telecomandino vedrete che sarà possibile non solo cambiare colore e intensità ma anche scegliere vari effetti come la dissolvenza, l'intermittenza e molti altri.. La mia esperienza è stata senza dubbio da 5 stelle per prezzo, facilità di installazione, funzionalità ed effetto finale.. Devo ammettere che se prima avevo qualche dubbio ora sono propenso a comprare un altro kit per una nuova tv. Esperienza di acquisto che consiglio!

Luces leds fáciles de instalar detrás de tu TV, he seguido las instrucciones y unos 10 o 15 minutos me costó, no tiene mucha complicación. Realmente lo que me costó fue adaptar los leds a mi pantalla de 32" ya que creo que éstas tiras están indicadas para TV de 40" o más. Las luces nos viene con un mando a través del cual podemos configurar los colores que deseamos configurar. Podemos establecer varios mofos: - Parpadeo constante - Cambio de luces brusco - Cambio de luces atenuados - Flashes - Etc... Puntos a favor - No necestimas conectar los leds a la corriente a través de un transformador, basta con conectarlo a la TV a través deñ puerto USB. - Se apagan y se encienden según el estado del TV (apagado o encendido) - Da un toque sofisticado y elegante a tu salón - Se mantiene la configuración establecida cuando apagas el TV Puntos en contra - No poder controlarlas a través de Google Assistant Conclusión Definitivamente era lo que estaba buscando para la TV de mi salón, es cierto que tiene algunos aspectos a mejorar pero igual se subiría de precio. Pero si lo que quieres es darle otro aire al salón, y no cansarte la vista no es mala elección este juego de luces leds, de momento estoy satisfecho.

Le ruban led est tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous ne sommes pas déçus. Très pratique pour regarder la tv dans ce fatiguer les yeux !!! Et très joli aussi avec ses nombreuses couleurs et ses différents modes.
