Great taste
This bread has a great taste particularly when toasted. Because of the size I recommend cutting into two pieces. Will buy again.

Best Sourdough Bread... with added seeds and grains...
This is probably the best sourdough bread I've ever run across. IMHO opinion, the mix of the various grains and seeds added to the dough makes for an extraordinary sourdough. The basic dough is super, it's not so strong that it might upset your stomach, yet it has a wonderful flavor, I love the mix for seeds and grains. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be buying bread from across the country... but I buy 4 loaves at a time and put two in the freezer. It's awesome, it you like sourdough, try this or their other types. This is great bread for a Reuben sandwich.

Nice Bread
For those of you that are seeking that tangy sourdough flavor this one is mild. It also contains a lot of rye seed. Very nice texture though.
