Initially there was a mismatch in thecode number and so the machine couldn't be operated. But the customer care at AGARO were extremely helpful and immediately arranged for a replacement.

I recently purchased the Agaro glucometer, but I am very disappointed with its accuracy. I tested my blood sugar using the newly purchased Agaro meter and compared it with my Contour Plus glucometer, using the same testing conditions. The Agaro showed 61 mg/dL, while the Contour Plus showed 87 mg/dL — a difference of 26 mg/dL, which is quite significant, especially when monitoring blood sugar levels. The Agaro even displayed a “HYPO” warning at 61 mg/dL, whereas the other meter showed a normal reading of 87 mg/dL. For a device that is supposed to be used for monitoring blood glucose, such a large difference is concerning. I purchased this product expecting reliable and accurate readings, but this experience has seriously reduced my confidence in the product. Not recommended unless the accuracy issue is properly addressed.
