Helpful customer care of AGARO
Initially there was a mismatch in thecode number and so the machine couldn't be operated. But the customer care at AGARO were extremely helpful and immediately arranged for a replacement.

Assured complaint redressal for this product
I purchased the Agaro blood sugar monitor through Amazon on 26th March 2025. Unfortunately I was unable to get any reading of my sugar levels. On lodging a complaint I received proper guidance from one Mr. Sapthrishi on WhatsApp video call on 5th May 2025. Now I get consistent and reliable readings of my blood sugar levels and I would certainly recommend purchase of this Agaro sugar monitor. I found the complaint redressal mechanism for this product to be very good.

Bad product don't buy.
Don't buy this product, very bad 1 or 2time work after that it's not working. And now bad experience with amazon after 5 days I complaint but not service available through Amazon, overall bad experience.
