Ive been using some form and better alt shiligit for quite some time now. I recently tried to use a different brand of resin for first time using resin since it was a bit cheaper and didnt know if i would like it. I had a good experience with it so I decided to try the brand I normally use now. Very glad i did. First off the better alt resin is easier to work work with. The packaging is much nice and keeps your scooper organized. The scoop quality is awesome. A little mettle spoon that actually allows you to get a good serving size of it at once verse having to try a couple of time to get desired amount. Now this does take more work then the honey sticks but worth the results you get. Will continue to buy.

Been taking this for a year now. If I don't take in the morning I know it in the afternoon. Helps keep me focused and moving later in the day. Without my battery runs low. Highly recommend. Taste is horrific. But well worth it for the benefits.

This was the first shilajit I tried and without getting too personal, I definitely noticed improvements in all the right areas. I put a little in my coffee every morning which masks that unique shilajit taste.

Still halfway through my 1st bottle, but I do notice a difference in energy when I take selenium. I recommend this product if used in conjunction with selenium. Thorne selenium to be exact.
