Expected the worst--

With bottles, particularly more than one bottle, there tends to be a mishap now and again. I ordered 6 bottles and expected the worst. I was very surprised. I have never seen such meticulous packaging and each bottle was in perfect shape. These people know how to get the goods to you all in one perfect piece!

If you are gluten free and looking for a soy ...

If you are gluten free and looking for a soy sauce replacement you should try this one. This reduced sodium sauce is a must. The regular version is way too salty for our family.

Good even if you aren't concerned about gluten.

I don't care about "gluten free", but I have used this tamari as my basic soy sauce for years (it is made here in Richmond VA). It has an excellent flavor and the reduced saltiness is very nice.
