Just your average vinegar
Since this product is labeled 'aged' I was hoping for a sweet, dark vinegar, like I am used to from Ariston Specialties. This oak aged bottle is nothing special. Not a dark sweet balsamic in my opinion. Doesn't seem much different from what my local chain grocery sells.

Good flavor
Good flavor but watery consistency which wasn’t what I was hoping for. It’s good for salad dressings but wasn’t what i was looking for in this instance.

Best tasting balsamic anywhere!
I am addicted to this balsamic. For me this is the best anywhere. I have tried two others from O company and they are also good but this is unbelievably good.

This balsamic is okay but nothing great. It is very thin and acidic. It is not terrible or anything but nothing special and not worth the money.
