This pillow is wonderful. Haven’t slept so good. The support is remarkable. You can sleep on your side, back or stomach with ease. The height is perfect for me. No smell to it. Highly recommend to use for any neck pain.

The color may not match the picture, but other wise the general design is same. Like any other foam pillow. I don't much care for the side, I find them useless, but the center hole is comfy. It aligns you neck nicely like those cervical alignment head rests, but this is softer and you may use it all night.

I bought this because most of the reviews said it was good and I have neck issues. I sleep on my side and back and this was advertised as good for all sleeping positions. But unless you sleep on only your back, it's extremely uncomfortable. I still woke up with neck pain as well as shoulder pain. Ended up just buying a memory foam pillow from Walmart that is ten times more comfortable.Save yourself the money and just get a pillow from Walmart.

The pillow is trapezoid-shaped with a slight crater in the middle of it, which allows the neck to stretch a bit more than a flat-style pillow. It arrived well-packed, folded in half, clean and no weird smells. It's sold as a remedy for snoring, designed primarily for side sleepers (but decent enough for back sleepers), which so far it has delivered. Have been using it for more than a week now, and it didn't lose the sturdiness.The trapezoid is higher on one side than the other, so you can kinda adjust the neck level that's the most comfortable for you. I like the lower longer side up when reading and shorter side up when sleeping, but that's just me.The pillow came with an instruction manual, which felt a bit unnecessary.

I am undecided about this pillow. I have fibromyalgia and also three bulged discs in my neck. I get horrible neck pain and headaches. Especially bad neck pain after waking up in the morning that ends up lingering for the day. I got this pillow because of the good reviews and was hoping that it would help my neck pain. I’ve slept on it now for about a week and my neck pain seems to be a tiny bit better in the morning, but I find myself waking up a lot through the night and the back of my head has been throbbing when I wake up if I was laying on my back. The pillow isn’t really super soft memory foam. It’s more of a hard memory foam. I am very thin and it doesn’t really form around my head at all. It more or less just presses on it all night and I end up waking up with pain on the back of my head or on the side of my head/ear depending on if I was sleeping on my back or side. I thought maybe I would get used to it but so far I haven’t..Update: Gave it a chance but decided to return it. I sleep on my side a lot and got so sick of waking up with my ear/side of head throbbing in pain from it.

I rarely post a review but this pillow is the one that I have been looking for! I’ve tried a lot of pillows and this one is the best!

I read all the reviews and based the high number of really good ones, I gave this a try. I cannot say this pillow is any more comfortable than the one I was trying to replace. I found it interesting that I needed to email the company and request the insert to make it a bit higher, it did not come with it. It did not help the pain in my neck & shoulders and therefore, going back. I'm happy that it has helped so many people, but I will have to keep trying.

I have literally tried about 20 different pillows. I love love love this pillow. My neck finally has some relief and I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’m purchasing one for my husband also. I offered to let him try it, but that would mean giving it up for a night and I’m not willing to do that.
