Great product. Provides an excellent amount of heart and bone protective Vit K2 in a well-studied formulation. My husband and I have been using this now for two years at the advice of our physician.

NOW has been reviewed many times by third party companies and their products always contain the listed amount and often exceed what is advertised. I take two MK-7 Vitamin K-2 300 mcg daily with 5,000 FU of D-3. I feel very healthy and have plenty of energy for 72 years. Highly recommend this product!

If you take Vitamin D, you need this!
Best value MK-7 K2! We are loyal Now customers. We appreciate their quality control and see the results of taking their supplements in our blood work. Consumer Lab also generally gives them good marks for purity and contents. Recommend!

Effective but price, quantity, and potency could be better
I like to take a good amount of K2 MK-7 as I supplement Vitamin D3. I like how it seems to support teeth and bones. I like how it seems to balance the HDL/LDL cholesterol for a good ratio. I've also noticed since taking this for years that despite being overweight, my heart rate adjusts from running to rest rates a lot faster so I'm not out of breath for a long time after a run. However the price is a bit high. I found an alternative brand that offers 600mcg and 90 capsules for the same price making it a lot more affordable.

Great Vitamin K-2 MK-7
Most vitamin K-2 supplements only supply 100 mcg. I have read that it is best to supplement with 300 or 400 mcg MK-7 daily (along with vitamin D3). The reason we need the K-2 is it directs calcium away from our arteries and into our bones where it is needed. Always take it with vitamin D3. They work together for our benefit. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Now Foods provides quality supplements with zero odor.

D3 can calcify your blood vessels without proper calcium transportation that MK7 provides.
I mainly take this form of K2 to strengthen my bones because mk7 it used it transportation of calcium. If you're taking moderate to high doses of vitamin d3 then you it's highly prefferable you take it with mk7 since D3 can calcify your blood vessels without proper calcium transportation that MK7 provides.

Convenient, easy to swallow, tasteless and if you take the time and search "what will K2 do for me you might be surprised at how beneficial it can be
