This folate works best for me. I have a pork allergy so I can't eat the porcine gelatin capsule. Still 5 stars because I feel amazing when I take them.

Works as well as RX Deplin in my experience.I have tried many different brands of this product and this brand I can tell work with 2 hours. I feel energized but not shaky.
