Will this over the door organizer fit my door and still let it close?

It fits most standard interior doors up to 1.75" thick. The metal hooks slide over the top, and as long as there is about 0.1" clearance between the door and frame, your door can still close normally with the organizer hanging.

Is it only for shoes?

No. The 24 clear pockets can hold shoes, toiletries, snacks, toys, baby items, cleaning products or classroom supplies so everything stays organized in one place. It works well in bathrooms, kids’ rooms, pantries, dorm rooms and classrooms.

What is the material like? Is it waterproof and will my shoes get smelly?

The pockets are clear PVC, waterproof and easy to wipe clean, and handle bathroom humidity better than mesh or thin fabric. Because the tops are open, let very wet or sweaty shoes dry before storing.

How sturdy is this organizer?

Thick PVC and strong metal hooks support about 45 lb in total with evenly distributed weight. Best for regular shoes and sandals; short ankle or kids’ boots may fit, but tall boots are not recommended.
