It’s very good. For my body, personally I must take it at night or I’ll feel like my mind was turned off by a remote. I took it once in the day time and it made my mind feel friend though it was quiet inside. I hope that makes sense.

I can tell immediately when I take these. Certainly has held my mood swings - I can hold my sharp tongue a lot easier! Problem is I forget to take these daily. Easy to swallow, and no smell from the bottle.

I’ve tried something similar before, but I stopped taking it. The last one I was using was working for me, so I’m hoping this one does too. Not Extra Strength. 150mg is very low dosage and not worth the money. I have been taking 1500mg before I ordered this brand without reading the fine print.
