Ireally like the taste of these magnesium gummies. They don’t have an overly artificial flavor, which I appreciate. The texture is soft and easy to chew. My 3yo has always been a bad sleeper, but the beginning of this year, it got particularly bad. It was taking her an hour + to fall asleep every night, and then after only 2-3 hours of decent sleep, she would wake up every 20-40 minutes ALL. NIGHT. LONG. Every single night. My sister recommended I try magnesium gummies and stupid me didn’t research ahead of time and initially bought her Magnesium Citrate gummies because they were advertised as being for kids specifically and specifically marketed as sleep gummies. Much to my surprise, the only thing those did was make her 💩 a bunch. Didn’t help her sleep at all. So I actually started researching and found that Magnesium Glycinate is better for healthy sleep promotion. So I bought these and they’ve been great! I only give her 1, not the recommended 2 on the bottle since she’s so young and small. I give her 1 every night at the start of our bedtime routine and by the time I’m walking out of her room at the end of our routine (about 20 min later), she’s ready to sleep. And even better than that, she’s sleeping so much better throughout the night! We’re still not at all night every night, but we now get at least 3-4 nights a week where she sleeps all night long. And the nights where she does wake up, her wakings are few and far between, usually only 1-2 total wakings those nights. Now anytime I’m talking to a mom whose toddler doesn’t sleep, I always recommend these! And bonus points, Mag Glycinate is also great for tension headaches, which I get a lot of, and these really help with that for me! Highly recommend!
