I wanted a different color tape measure so I could find it easily while working on multiple projects around the house. This one fit the bill and being pink was a bonus! (I had hoped the actual tape would also be pink but it did show in the pictures prior to purchase that it was yellow). The tape has been good and I really appreciate the measurements clearly spelled out so I don’t make mistakes when adding multiple fractions of an inch. The stop/brake also holds very well. The tape also retracts quickly. The only thing I’m disappointed about is that in the listing it stated the tape measure could hold its own out to a certain length, I think 7’. Unfortunately, I have not found this to be the case because it bends before it reaches 7’ or literally as soon as it’s near 7’. This is too soon with a 25-ft tape. It makes it difficult when completing solo projects because the tape just can’t reach far enough and stay straight or level without falling. It’s frustrating. If there’s a second person, it’s fine because they hold it, but I buy tape measures expecting they will at least stay sturdy to 7+ feet and hopefully a lot more. The tape measure magnets, on the other hand, are strong and sometimes it’s hard to unlatch them—particularly if the tape is also flopping around. I really feel the tape needs to be slightly thicker and more rigid, more quality. If it broke, I would not buy it again.

Great quality - after losing many and settling for cheap ones that break, this is the best of both being high quality and a colour the boys won’t steal!!

Love it, not for the reasons you'd think. I'm wheelchair bound and leave my keys on the other side of a queen sized multiple times a day. Instead of throwing myself back in bed, I just take out this handy dandy pink candy and use the magnets to grab the keys and reel them in. Thanks!
