yes this fits a mark 1,2 and 5 for a number 4 . you will have to remove the rear flip up site.

Q: On the 2nd time I shot using this, the 2 small screws tightening the mount against the .303 bracket loosened and fell out. How do I get more screws?

Fits the mk 2 no 4 very well. Just have to remove the rear sight. I would suggest lock tight on the front retaining screws to prevent backing out.

Q: Are you able to load clips from the top still with this mounted?

The magazine loads from the bottom on the model I have. I would say no since the rail covers the top of the breech.
