Terrible decision
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The cup arrived full of scratches, the buttons were damaged as if it had been dropped, and the handle was heavily scratched, making it look like a used item. After shipping all the way from the U.S. and paying a premium price, receiving such poor quality is very frustrating and unacceptable. Given the cost of the item and international shipping, I expected a much higher standard of quality and care.

Happy Stanley Girl
Extremely happy with my tumbler. Hubby and I can’t get enough. Love the beautiful rose quartz colour, it’s like a baby pink. Definitely recommend this seller. Happy as a camper.

Great but not perfect
Nice product. It keeps the temperature for a long time and it’s really resistant. However, it’s not insulating, it leaks if laying down or inside of the bag.

I use this as an everyday water tumbler. The top screws on keeping the liquid contained. The insulation keeps the ice cold overnight. It has a great surface that allows you to carry it without it slipping out of your hand. Eases easily by hand or in the dishwasher.

Nice Tumbler!
I ordered the 20 oz size, which is just the right size for me. Fits in the cup holder in my car. Keeps my water cold for hours. Love the color!

Too good
The product is amazing and worth every penny, BUT! My advice is that you either: 1. Leave the cup opened for at least half hour for the hot drink to get a bit colder so it’s drinkable or 2. Do not drink the hot drink from the cup for at least 3 hours after you made the drink otherwise you will burn your tongue I guess the above just proofs that it’s high quality product and it does what it says. The same applies for cold drinks which obviously last longer in cold temperature than warm. The hot drink can hold hot hot for around 6 hours and then it’s more chilled but still wouldn’t say cold. One thing to keep in mind that it’s actually leaking even if you don’t fill it fully as the straw and the cover is allowing the liquid to get out. It’s not so bad but it gets out slightly. Visually, it’s big and sometimes heavy to hold and it doesn’t fit to my car cup holder. Overall, I personally recommend this product with conditions for each person preference.
