This was so easy to install that I thought it would not hold under pressure - but it did. We use ours to keep four nosy cats out of my art studio - they have learnt to get in by hanging on the door handle and love to walk through my paint palette causing mayhem. This has secured the door effectively. Great job!

This has got to be the best buy of 2019!! I had been looking round for something like this to stop my dog getting to the cats litter tray. I had tried other similar items but they did not do the job, the dog would push against it and the door would open and in she would go, yuk! Then I came across this, I am so happy. I followed the very easy instructions to the letter and then put it to use, wow, the dog cannot get in, now I can relax. It will also mean that the grandchildren can't get in either so works out perfectly all round! All I can say is if you need this type of product, buy this one, don't waste your money on the ones that don't work. To the lovely people at Door Buddy, Thank you, thank you!

Strong and work well

Why did you choose this product over others?: Bought these to keep the dogs out of my room during the day while I’m at work because they always go in there and sleep on my bed and get hairs all over the sheets and it winds me up man I’m sick of it. Anyway they work well, sticker came off the wooden door after several months but you get a spare.

we're getting a new cat and planning to put in in our spare room, but the latch doesn't work on that door so we couldn't shut it. This works great to remedy that, it's smaller and less of an eye sore than those giant mesh doors, and it's super easy to use. It's adjustable too and very easy to do so. Only just got it but the stickiness seems very strong (honestly a little worried about the paintwork on the door but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it). I don't know how it'd hold up with a dog, but it's definitely strong enough to withstand a cat. Update on the paint situation: we needed to move this to another door and using a hair drier alwe were able to fairly easily remove this with zero damage to the paint. very good stuff!

worse one ever, does not stick at all. 2,5 year old toddler managed to push it open on first try so ended up screwing it to the door . I would not recommend

We were struggling to know how to keep our son in his room when we first moved him into his toddler bed - being in a rental house, there's not much we can do when it comes to altering doors or fixing child gates to the walls, but this has been a fantastic solution for us and it means we can keep his door ajar in this heat to keep the air circulating, as well as keeping him safe too. Easy to install and really has helped us a lot.

Our 20 month old took a liking to going into the bathroom and dropping various items into the toilet! While I encourage exploration, it's not fun when electronics end up there! We wanted to create a barrier between our little guy and the toilet, but also needed to keep the bathroom accessible for our 5 year old. This product is perfect! It's so simple to stick to the door and the hook mechanism is so simple to open and close for our 5 year old - yet out of reach for our toddler. Worked perfectly for my needs to keep windows slightly open but kittens secure inside! I have two 11 month old kittens living in a beautiful historical San Francisco apartment. I was looking for a way to leave the windows cracked for fresh air but with a small enough gap so my kittens couldn’t get through. These work perfectly! And I love that I can u latch for a full window open if needed for any reason, but I have the choice. So we have fresh air and happy kittens!

I bought this cause the door lock was at the level of my toddler. So once he tried to force open the door, the wall paint peeled but not the m3 sticker. So one thing is sure, the lock holds well as long as it’s stickers!

Use this for a foldable door on our pantry to keep the kids out, they pour all the cereal and noodles all over the floor! Works perfectly. It is easy to hook on and off fo easy access to the pantry and sticky enough that when the kids open the door it still won’t open! Easy to install and use!
