I love the weight of this. I had the snoogle body pillow with my last pregnancy and then our cat peed on it when he got a UTI. It was very bulky and took up so much room and had a very hard inseam that needed a rolled up pillow so it wouldn’t cut into my neck, so this time around I wanted to try a different one. The only downside to this one for me is that I wish the neck area had a little more padding. However, I’ve taken to sleeping with a buckwheat pillow tucked inside the upper loop and this works great for me neck issues. I do with the back part had so extra padding for a belly support so when I flip over I don’t have to try to flip the whole pillow. But firmness and comfort wise this pillow is great!!! With my first pregnancy I didn’t get a pillow until I was about 28 weeks. Last time I got it around 15-20 weeks. This time I got it as soon as I found out because honestly, I’d been sleeping with the body pillow since I gave birth to my youngest because I love the back and belly support :)Over all this is a great buy, and I would probably buy it again if I needed to down the road but hopefully this one will last for quite a while (cat UTI not withstanding)

This pillow is amazing. It is soft, silky, supportive, and pliable. In response to other reviews on the quality of the cover, it does pill, however it's washable and you can get replacement covers if this is an issue. It doesn't affect the functionality or softness at all, especially since I use this to sleep.I am a back sleeper, but am in my second trimester and need help sleeping on my side. This pillow is soft, but supportive, and has helped me sleep really well since it came two weeks ago. I originally purchased the same style pillow from Baby's R Us, but the cover on that ripped (10"!) during the first night because it had no give, and was poorly made. This pillow however is well made with a woven fabric (unlike the B-R-Us pillow) under the soft and pliable jacquard cover. I am also able to stack it into a comfortable back rest for sitting up in bed. I'm 5'3" and it does seem a little long in it's natural shape, but I'm able to comfortably curl up in it, or bend it to cushion between my legs as needed.I didn't notice any smell when I unpacked my pillow (which I'm normally sensitive to), and I tossed it in the dryer with some dryer balls for 10 minutes to fluff it up. Overall, I think it's worth every penny.

I’ve only had this pillow for one day and one night & Im already in love. Although I bought this pillow for post surgery reasons & not maternal reasons. It’s not hot & it’s not cold, it’s a pillow. It’s not your “average pillow”. You can cuddle and snuggle this pillow, flip & flop all over & around it. You can even use it as a defense mechanism for the ultimate pillow fight (you WILL win!). I posted my picture of it on my queen size bed for a visual aid for anyone if it helps any. Also...no necks kinks! And being able to cuddle the top part of the c-opening allows me the throw a leg over the bottom part of the c-opening which is awesome for a side sleeper such as myself! Finally post hysterectomy I slept an entire night!Warning! This pillow may cause you to want to take a series of disco naps! Listen to the pillow & do as it says. Got this for my pregnant girlfriend and she now wants to carry it around with her. My only complaint is that the cover tends to get fabric balls on it pretty easily.**Update** Have had the pillow for six months now. Still comfy and have used it for nursing and general sleeping but it is starting to fall apart. The inner seams at the "corners" have busted and the stuffing is coming out. You don't know it until you take the cover off to wash. Seems to be a design flaw as we have been pressing the pillow in to smaller configurations to put the baby on while folsing laundry or other tasks. Still like the pillow but am disappointed by the durability.

I’m so disappointed with this pillow. I’ve purchased a pregnancy pillow two other times (for my first and third pregnancies). I absolutely loved my other pregnancy pillow, but couldn’t find the same brand for this pregnancy. I purchased this pillow, and haven’t loved it from day one.First, the pillow is huge and super long. I wasn’t surprised by this, but it makes moving in bed a bit difficult. When pregnant, I often flip from side to side and get up for bathroom breaks, sometimes it isn’t easy to get untangled. Again, based on the photos, I wasn’t surprised by this, but tsndefinitely something that I loved more with my last pillow.Second, the pillow case is trash. It looks like a bare pillow without a pillow case, but it is indeed the pillow case. It pills super easy and just started to look gross after just the first few weeks of using it. After I washed it for the first time, the pilling got even worse. The pillow looks like it is ten years old—I don’t even want to use it anymore.The final straw was this last time I went to wash the pillow case. I took it off the pillow to find stuffing literally everywhere. There was a huge hole in the pillow about where I wrap my legs around it. This is the very thing this pillow is made for. The pillow should’ve been constructed in a way that prevents it from falling apart before the nine months of pregnancy is over.I feel badly for recommending this pillow with my sister in law before I had a real opinion on it. I wouldn’t purchase it again, in fact, I’m ready to throw it out and use old pillows for support in bed through the rest of my pregnancy.
