Impossible to align the bubble

Could not align the bubble, there are two small adjustment screws that can supposedly be adjusted to align the bubble but, if turned, were just like loose screws in the body, not securing the bubble in place.

Disappointed with this item. When set up it wasn't accurate... clearly off level even though bubble shown level.. had to return.
