15 Allstar Strawberry Plants, June Bearing Live Crowns, Sweet Red Berries

The roots/crowns arrived nicely packaged and alive. They were slightly moist and ready to go. They are a good size and the instructions are easy to follow. Top quality! Excellent value! I'll definitely use this nursery again. **UPDATE** I decided to plant these in 5 gallon fabric pots. I built a mound in the middle and feathered out the roots the covered up to the crown as instructed. The very next day, BOOM! These plants already have new leaves starting and look incredibly strong! This literally blew my mind!

Update: it's been one month already since I transplanted the bareroots to my gardyn. After just two weeks most of them already had between 5 and 6 leafs and started blooming. A month has passed and all those flowers are now growing into strawberries but also it is still producing new leafs and flowers. Every single bare root made it and I am more than pleased with my purchase ☺️ I almost never take time to make reviews, but I found these strawberry bare roots to be the best I have got so far. They were all alive and thriving, with visible tiny new roots already growing and all of them had alive leaves and more growing already. The picture is from day one on the same day they arrived. I don't know how they will do in my gardyn but what was sent to me was a lot better than my expectations were. (Plus, they sent me 18 bare roots instead of 15 👌🏻)

Not one has put its head above soil. No leaves! They’ve been in there for weeks. Water everyday, fertilizer, perlite & compost in the soil, straw for mulch. I think they were past dormancy when they were sent to me. I’m so sad about it.

I bought these not sure if I’d be wasting my money or not. They came to my mailbox in a brown paper envelope with the bubble wrapping inside. I stuck them into my fridge for three days until I had time to plant them on Saturday. I soaked the roots in water for an hour then followed the directions and planted them in my raised beds with plenty of composted soil and a bit of fertilizer pellets mixed in. I made sure to only cover the roots and have the crowns above the soil. They’ve been watered once a day in the morning or rained on at various times for the past 2-3 weeks. About day 2 after being planted they were already sending out leaves. One is blooming now so I have high hopes we will be getting strawberries soon!

Not as big as the picture but did produce the first year maybe they will get bigger next year?!

These plants arrived quickly and in wonderful health. We planted them and the plants are growing like crazy, but we have yet to see any flowers. Hoping that this year they are just establishing a fantastic root network and then will blow us away next year. The plants are huge now and appear to be growing quickly.

They arrived today and look very healthy, I can't wait until I get some strawberries. They also came with good instructions on what to do. I would definitely buy from them again. New update Today is May 26 I only have 6 plants that didn't die I planted them the day after I received them, they are not growing very well at all.

Planted all 15 as directed. Soil PH was 5.5. Only 1 grew decently and 2 more have sprouted but barely and its been a month. My green thumb is pretty brown so I definitely dont totally blame it on the quality. But doing it exactly as instructed I expected better results.
