I've been buying these Bulletproof Vanilla Shortbread Collagen Protein Bars since 2020, and they've become one of the few snacks I consistently reorder. They're now a regular Subscribe & Save item because I always like having a box on hand. The Vanilla Shortbread flavor is what keeps me coming back. It has a smooth, slightly sweet taste without being overpowering, and the texture is much better than many protein bars I've tried over the years. They satisfy my sweet tooth without tasting like a typical chalky protein bar. I've noticed they seem a little smaller than I remember, although I can't say that for certain since I haven't compared them side by side with older boxes. Even so, the quality and flavor have remained consistent, which is why I continue to buy them month after month. If you're looking for a protein bar that's easy to grab on busy days, tastes great, and has earned a permanent spot in my pantry after years of repeat purchases, I'd definitely recommend giving these a try.

Overall I love this product but now and then I get a box that tastes awful. I've bought this product many times and this is the 2nd time I got one that tastes horrible. I don't know if that's because it sat in the warehouse too long or bulletproof sent a bad batch. It seems to only be the vanilla flavor this happens to and apparently this product can't be replaced. That sucks given how expensive they are and my account proves I buy them almost weekly so that should count for something.

I purchased the Vanilla shortbread from Wegmanns and they were amazing. Best bar I had in a long time, great taste and texture was really good. I decided to order the Vanilla Shortbread and Chocolate Chip Cookie dough through Amazon. When I received the order I was excited to eat a bar. When I opened the Vanilla shortbread it was gooey and left a liquid substance in the wrapper. It taste spoiled or rotten. It has an alcohol like taste. I tried the Cookie dough and same result. They taste bad. Since I cannot return them I am throwing them away. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to having a bar that was of good quality and didn’t taste like a factory.

These are so amazing, i've bought them a bunch of times... the taste and texture to me is amazing... they're pretty pricey by my standards, so it's a bit of a guilty pleasure, and sometimes i'll splurge and buy 2 boxes at a time... it's really only a few bites, and i've often put down a few of these back to back... I had to take off one star because of them putting seed oil in these, which newer findings show are SO bad for our health, and are in SO many products...

I was somewhat hesitant about buying an entire box of these before I tried one, however they don’t seem to be sold as singles. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and would gift them to a hardcore fitness buddy if I didn’t like them. I was very pleasantly surprised. These are really good and actually taste like shortbread. They are not too dry, not too sticky, and have a shortbread like consistency. They are a good way to sneak in some extra protein and everyone needs collagen. I have also shared a few and gotten positive feedback on all counts. I will definitely buy these again.

I love the ingredients and the nutrition stats on these bars. The initial taste is very nutty from the cashew butter and the cashew meal which I love. But they are very oily and there is a strange aftertaste that almost reminds me of sour milk that is just unpleasant. I really wanted to love these but didn't.

Great bar! Go to healthy option. Have eaten for years

I haven't purchased these since 2015. I loved them back then, but as time went by, I forgot about them. The other day, I found them again on amazon and was so happy. However, the happiness didn't last long. They do not taste like they used too. It taste artificial, has weird after taste, and they are really dry. Unfortunately not gonna buy them again. The ingredients are stellar, but it doesn't matter when you cant eat it.
