Is the size on the instruction manual wrong?

Dear Customer, We are very sorry, the actual size of this Iron-On Non-Woven Fusible Interfacing is 11.6 inch x 30 Yards, there is a printing error in the size indicated on our instruction manual, and we are deeply sorry for the trouble caused to you .

I usually use Pellon SF101. Which weight of this interfacing is more similar? Light or Nedium?

this is so light, you can hardly tell it's on the fabric after ironing

Can you use it without ironing. Want to use in between latch hook rug and backing.

It has to be iron , so it will stick on the cloth , it's very thin I only use it for little project .

Is this machine washable
