Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) is a shrub belonging to the rosacea family. The hawthorn bud contains the whole essence of the plant from which it originates. Hawthorn is effective against problems with circulation, digestive, hormonal and pulmonary problems. It also intervenes to combat anxiety and nervous disorders. Internal use is recommended, not with food, 1 to 3 times per day. Start with 5 drops and build up gradually, if necessary, to 15 drops. Once a result has been achieved, keep the same number of drops for the rest of the course of treatment without increasing it. 1 course of treatment for a minimum of 3 weeks is often recommended.
