I'd been suffering from nosebleeds and 'spotting' for over a year, largely due to my nostrils drying out. This stuff is perfect - a long-lasting emollient that keeps everything nice and moist. I apply morning and night - and the nosebleeds are all gone. Genuinely life changing!

I picked up Aquegel because there are times when the inside of my nose gets uncomfortably dry, and regular saline sprays don't always seem to provide moisture for very long. What I like about this is the gel consistency. I can apply a small amount where I need it, and it feels more substantial than simply spraying saline and having it disappear a few minutes later. A little goes a long way, so I don't feel like I need to use a large amount. I specifically chose the Original Unscented version because the last thing I want when my nose is already dry and irritated is a strong fragrance. Another reason I was comfortable trying it is that it's water-based rather than petroleum-based. The manufacturer also markets it for people using oxygen or nasal cannulas, although anyone using medical oxygen should still follow their healthcare provider's instructions about compatible products. I can't personally verify the advertised 12-hour relief every single time, but it definitely provides longer-lasting comfort for me than a quick saline mist. It's one of those products you don't think much about until your nose gets painfully dry. When that happens, having this around is a huge relief.

Best nasal moisturizer I ever used. I live in a very dry climate. I apply i in morning & st night & never have a problem. It’s time released. It’s not a saline base, so it doesn’t run out of the nostril. It’s pricey but worth every penny! If u have dry nostrils, I highly recommend.

I get chronic nose bleeds because I live in a desert, but Aquegel helps immensely. I love the texture and how soothing and hydrating it feels when it’s fresh. My only complaint is that it gradually becomes thicker and rubbery over time from moisture loss. I try to minimize it drying out by only opening a tiny hole in the safety seal just large enough for a cotton swab, but the consistency still changes after a few weeks. I would love to see it offered in packaging like an airless pump or squeeze tube to help preserve the original texture throughout the life of the product. The formula itself is great—the packaging is the only thing I have beef with.

A little goes a long way ! Great size for purse, pack , drawer , car console . Miraculous for irritated nasal passage . A little goes a long way . Interior of nose has been swollen from mowing lawn and chemicals In work environment . After using the Navage, my nostrils were clear but raw and sore . Any essential oil applied for treatment had irritated it more , stripping all the moisture, causing greater interior pain. After 1 -first tiny application with Qtip, I felt instant soothing , and relief . Use it up to 3 times a day for a few days , And all irritation was gone as moisture builds up. Seems to be the ultimate ‘go to’ :,to clear pain, symptoms of all kinds. Nothing else has worked out . ( not even coconut oil ; it’s better than Vaseline or other creams . Pollen , animal dust, hay dust and particles , dirt, wind … - all flare the nostrils up . Worth every penny for pain and symptom clearing . Ordered 2 more for other family members !

It seemed to work okay, but I didn't notice any improvement over Nasogel or Ayr saline nasal gel, both of which I've used for many years. I decided to give this one a try just to see if it might work better or last longer, especially considering the much higher price. Unfortunately, I didn't find that to be the case. Given how much more expensive this product is compared to similar alternatives, I won't be purchasing it again.

Great product. Started CPAP and this stuff saved my nose. Doesn’t look like much on arrival but it lasts a long time and I use it every night with my mask.

Bought to stop the problems from being on oxygen 24/7. Surprised to find it helps stop a nose bleed even after it's already started. You don't get a lot but what you do get works great.

mis expectativas no eran tan altas, pensé que era un gel como muchos en el mercado de consistencia acuosa, que tiene que re aplicarse varias veces durante el día, y no!, es maravilloso, es un gel un tanto espeso, sin olor, de una consistencia suave, untuoso, lo apliqué por la mañana y la hidratación me duró toooodo el día! es super hidratante, yo tenía mucha resequedad por el clima, cuando hace frío suelen aparecer grietas en la parte interna de la nariz, no tienes que aplicar demasiado, el tarro trae 15ml y el precio un poco caro pero realmente lo vale, pero debido a que con poco es suficiente para hidratar y no tienes que re aplicarlo, seguramente dura demasiado tiempo.

I have suffered from a dry nose for a long time. I'm thrilled to have discovered this product! It has no smell and is soft and soothing in the nasal passages.

Like another reviewer, I also have Sjögren’s Disease and I cannot tell you how much of a difference this little pot has made to my life! I can breathe through my nose now and I'm not having to blow my nose constantly. I was doubtful but it's nothing short of miraculous.
