Aquegel Nasal Moisturizer (Original Unscented), 12-Hour Nasal Moisture Relief...

Best nasal moisturizer I ever used. I live in a very dry climate. I apply i in morning & st night & never have a problem. It’s time released. It’s not a saline base, so it doesn’t run out of the nostril. It’s pricey but worth every penny! If u have dry nostrils, I highly recommend.

This product prevents nosebleeds when on oxygen therapy as claimed. Nothing I have tried works as well. I highly recommend it. I just wish it were less expensive for such a small amount.

This stuff is amazing. My dad was on O2 after a bout with pneumonia. He did not want to use the O2 as his nose was dry and bothering him from the cannula. Off to Amazon again. I found this and read the reviews, the hype is real. My 92 YO father willingly (that never happens) used it. He also willingly continued with the O2 which he was threatening to stop because of his nose issues. Overall it was a win. This is a little pricey for a tiny jar, however it lasts far longer than you would imagine as you only need a small amount. It HAS to be good for my father to continue to use it, he does not like doing anything "extra"; for that matter he does not like to do anything he has to...stubborn. He used it, he liked the effects of it, and continued to use it.

I get chronic nose bleeds because I live in a desert, but Aquegel helps immensely. I love the texture and how soothing and hydrating it feels when it’s fresh. My only complaint is that it gradually becomes thicker and rubbery over time from moisture loss. I try to minimize it drying out by only opening a tiny hole in the safety seal just large enough for a cotton swab, but the consistency still changes after a few weeks. I would love to see it offered in packaging like an airless pump or squeeze tube to help preserve the original texture throughout the life of the product. The formula itself is great—the packaging is the only thing I have beef with.

GREAT product, TERRIBLE packaging. Product is the best I've found for a nasal moisturizer and works fantastic as a healing ointment for stubborn wounds right under nostrils due to dryness, nasal drip, and nose blowing. I have constant scabs and wounds under my nostrils (for almost a year) due to many factors, and I've tried dozens of balms, gels, ointments, moisturizers, creams, you name it and I've probably tried it. I've never had better results than with this product. It works, definitely works. But the sucky thing is the packaging doesn't have an airtight seal, and there is no protection in the packaging to keep the product protected from air and temperatures. It becomes a hardened substance in the heat, so I keep it in a cool area, and it still ends up solidifying and hard little solids become present throughout the moisturizer, and it gets worse as you use it because there is less and less in the container so there are more solid pieces. The actual amount of product is pretty stingy and they don't give you much. Especially for the price. But all in all I wouldn't even care about that as much if there was a better seal on the packaging and it stayed the consistency it is supposed to have, and didn't develop little solids that make it difficult to use.

I ended up with a really bad case of pneumonia that was resistant to many different antibiotics, which had me in the hospital on oxygen for eight months. It turned my blood septic, the doctors had to medically induce a coma, which I stayed in for 3 months and during that time, my right lung collapsed 3 times. I had to relearn how to walk and do many other things. But one thing has remained, and that is my lung is badly scarred – which means I’ll be on oxygen the rest of my life. Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining because I’m happy to be alive! I’m just giving background into my situation of why I needed Aquegel! I was getting SO MANY nosebleeds, and I was just as frustrated because it’s hard to tell if something is going to work when you’re buying from the internet! But I found Aquegel here on Amazon, and I thought the price was a LITTLE high for something so small, but I was at my limit and I wanted to try something (just not Vaseline since it has petroleum in it’s ingredients which does NOT mix well with oxygen! *POOF*!). So as soon as I got this, of course I tried it right away, and I couldn’t be happier! I only have to apply it once every 12 hours, and if my nose starts to bleed, I use a VERY TINY amount and it stops almost INSTANTLY. So THAT is the reason why I’m giving this product five stars – I’d give it so much more if I could! You have saved me from so much pain and agony I cannot thank you enough Aquegel! PROS: • stops nosebleeds almost instantly; • the UNSCENTED is TRULY unscented; • you only need a SMALL aCons: I didn’t get the scented Aquegel to try… yet! mount which means the jar lasts a long time; • product is WATER-based - ABSOLUTELY SAFE to use with O2 concentrators or compressed O2; TRULY WORTH the $15!!!; it’s not greasy and one of the best things about it is that it stays put – it doesn’t run out of the nose. CONS: • I haven’t tried the scented jars… yet!! I’m ESPECIALLY interested in the yellow one, that has zinc in it to help prevent/shorten colds and flu! Give it a try! If you suffer nosebleeds or even nasal dryness, this product will DEFINITELY HELP!!!

A little goes a long way ! Great size for purse, pack , drawer , car console . Miraculous for irritated nasal passage . A little goes a long way . Interior of nose has been swollen from mowing lawn and chemicals In work environment . After using the Navage, my nostrils were clear but raw and sore . Any essential oil applied for treatment had irritated it more , stripping all the moisture, causing greater interior pain. After 1 -first tiny application with Qtip, I felt instant soothing , and relief . Use it up to 3 times a day for a few days , And all irritation was gone as moisture builds up. Seems to be the ultimate ‘go to’ :,to clear pain, symptoms of all kinds. Nothing else has worked out . ( not even coconut oil ; it’s better than Vaseline or other creams . Pollen , animal dust, hay dust and particles , dirt, wind … - all flare the nostrils up . Worth every penny for pain and symptom clearing . Ordered 2 more for other family members !

My teenage son is currently on Accutane and nasal dryness is a side effect of the medication. This moisturizer seems to help as he was getting bloody noses quite often before he started using this. It also seems to help in the winter when you get nasal dryness from the heat and dry air. He doesn’t complain about the texture or small of the product and he is my kiddo with lots of sensory intolerances.

mis expectativas no eran tan altas, pensé que era un gel como muchos en el mercado de consistencia acuosa, que tiene que re aplicarse varias veces durante el día, y no!, es maravilloso, es un gel un tanto espeso, sin olor, de una consistencia suave, untuoso, lo apliqué por la mañana y la hidratación me duró toooodo el día! es super hidratante, yo tenía mucha resequedad por el clima, cuando hace frío suelen aparecer grietas en la parte interna de la nariz, no tienes que aplicar demasiado, el tarro trae 15ml y el precio un poco caro pero realmente lo vale, pero debido a que con poco es suficiente para hidratar y no tienes que re aplicarlo, seguramente dura demasiado tiempo.

I have suffered from a dry nose for a long time. I'm thrilled to have discovered this product! It has no smell and is soft and soothing in the nasal passages.

Like another reviewer, I also have Sjögren’s Disease and I cannot tell you how much of a difference this little pot has made to my life! I can breathe through my nose now and I'm not having to blow my nose constantly. I was doubtful but it's nothing short of miraculous.
