Good product
Haven’t figured it out yet but it connects easily and works.

Great little DSP
Aside from the input being glitchy and unusable when the remote volume nob is installed, this is a great little DSP. Other reviewers have expressed displeasure over not being able to control the programming via Bluetooth, but it's really not that difficult to set up once you get familiar with the controls. I use this via a 'wall wart' 12v power supply to play music through pro audio amps in my garage. It syncs with my phone quickly, and provides crossovers and routing to 4 high channels and a sub.

No tech support
The product itself is not bad, but I had a couple of questions that I needed answer for so I called in to the help center and they was unhelpful. The lady gave me an email for tech support but I have not heard anything back from them at all... if the tech support was just a phone call away this product would get 5 stars from me

So far So Good
I finally got around to installing this last night and doing a quick sound test and it sounded fine. 2 things that suck about this unit is the lack of app connectivity and no physical on/off switch. Being that it has Bluetooth there should be some way to turn it on and off without the remote trigger wire for people with an iPad set up vs car stereo. If I find a way to turn it on/off without a radio trigger wire then I’ll update this review.

the control wheel is extremely sensitive and makes it difficult to move it and choose the option you want, you usually make mistakes because of its sensitivity, personally I recommend looking for a higher quality product. Bluetooth only serves to play music from your cell phone, it does not have an application to control it as I thought, you must manage it manually.
