Cast iron has so many health benefits and this is the best one I have used, food tastes better.. really loving it. One needs to follow instructions for maintaining it though, to prevent rust. It's a great product at a reasonable price.

Good quality but requires a lot if maintainence. Starts rusting if left undried.

I ordered an Indus Valley iron kadai and after the very first use it started releasing iron rust into the food, which is completely unacceptable and not safe for my family. The quality is very disappointing, especially for something marketed as healthy cookware. On top of that, there is no proper option to return the used product even though the issue is clearly with the cookware itself, which makes the purchase feel like a complete waste of money.

I like this size thickness and fry my food properly not burning but cook very nicely inside while frying crunchiness colour of food is nice always recommend to buy .

Last time also I bought kadai from indus valley that time also packing is not good otherwise every thing good iron kadai is heavy
