I think you mean "Refrigerate?" The bottles do not instruct you to "Refrigerate after opening." I have not refrigerated mine and have had no problems. To be honest, if you do I am not sure that you would be able to get the topping out of the bottle.

Is the bottle BPA free?

I am not sure. I do know that most manufacturers have switched to BPA plastics.

It has the option for "standard" and "frustration-free" packaging, what is the difference?

According to aboutamazon.com, frustration-free packaging means "packaged with 100% recycled materials" and easy to open.

Game-Changer for My Morning Coffee

This set of Ghirardelli squeeze bottles has completely transformed by morning coffee. I only use them for drinks, however the difference in flavor is huge. They're easy to squeeze, the consistency is perfect, and the taste is rich without being overpowering. If you love cafe-style drinks, these are a must.
