Purchased for my husband who primarily sleeps on the same side every night. I read the reviews and decided to purchase. From the first night, he hasn't has any knee pain in the morning. Don't hesitate to purchase! It really works!

This was a birthday gift and he really likes it. With the strap, the pillow stays in place when tossing and turning as the regular pillow used ends up at the end of the bed. He is very happy with this product.

I recently purchased the ComfiLife Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers, and overall, I've been quite pleased with its performance. The pillow is designed to provide cooling relief and support for side sleepers, targeting hip pain, back pain, and sciatica pain. However, my only complaint is that the pillow tends to shift and doesn't stay in place throughout the entire night. While the strap is meant to help with this, I found that it could be more secure to prevent movement during sleep. Overall, the ComfiLife Knee Pillow is a great choice for side sleepers seeking relief from hip, back, or sciatica pain. Its ergonomic design and cooling properties make it a comfortable option, although improvements in stability could enhance the user experience.

Works well, soft pillow, helps my wife’s hips when it stays in place and doesn’t move. HOWEVER, TWICE now my wife has turned in her sleep and received a 6 inch long gash on her inner thigh from where the Velcro patch edge is and woke up shouting from the pain. If they were to ensure the Velcro patch edge wouldn’t scratch you while you sleep, I might recommend it more. But until then, I can’t recommend the ComfiLife Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers.

It has helped with my lower back pain no doubt. I had a similar product but this one is so far the best!! A game changer for the quality of my sleep. Don’t feel stiff when I wake up two thumbs up all the way. Did not disappoint at all I know these products work and so I did not hesitate to buy it!!

I bought this product in Feb 2025 and the foam was firm and did not lose it's firmness. I wanted another one, but had to buy the "newest version" of the same product because the old one is no longer available, and while the outside cover is the same the foam is very different. It is very cheap and loses it firmness within a few hours of use! The description and everything are the same, but the quality is very poor now.

This worked out quite well for me. I got it because I have back issues. I have used a regular pillow, but the size makes it more difficult to use. This size was fine for me as I could roll over from side to side without losing the pillow. It does have a velcro strap that you can use to keep it in place, but I haven't found it necessary to use.

This has really helped me to sleep better and wake up without back pain. I am a side sleeper and with my knee pain I have been unable to have my knees on top of each other, which is needed to keep my back straight. This pillow does the trick! I can keep my knees cushioned and my spine straight so I don't wait up with back pain. It has really helped me!

Good purchase, does not heat up like tons of other one’s I’ve purchased. Good buy, recommended!
