SUPCASE for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Case with Camera Cover Stand, Black

I have been using UAG cases for years, but UAG seriously dropped the ball this time. I first bought the UAG Monarch Pro for my S24 Ultra, but quickly found that you cannot use the SPen with Magsafe accessories attached to the UAG Monarch Pro. So I needed a replacement that checked all the boxes that I've gone to UAG to for over the years. For me, those are: Durability - Obviously the topmost reason most people use cases. I want it to protect my phone. I wanted a brand that was drop tested. Dark and non-reflective around the camera lenses - Clear or reflective material around the lenses can in some lighting conditions, create their own lens flare or image distortions in photos. Big no. Gotta be dark around those lenses. Keeps the screen+protector off flat surfaces - I don't want my screen or protector scuffed when placing my phone face down on tables. There needs to be a raised lip. SPen and Charge Port accessibility - If I have to take off the case to fit a charge cable or retrieve the SPen, it's no good. Rugged appearance - I personally prefer my cases to look more towards the masculine side of things. I always had the leather UAG cases, but sadly those have been replaced with carbon fiber and Kevlar. Alas. And new on the wishlist for the S24 Ultra, I also wanted Magsafe so I could use a popsocket and magsafe car mount. Very soon after using the UAG Monarch Pro... I began to notice two things - 1 - The SPen had massive dead spots when I was using a magsafe accessory. 2 - My new resting place for my fingers on this phone meant I was smudging my cameras CONSTANTLY. I wanted a cover for them, preferably one built in to my replacement case. So on to research I went. I came across Supcase and found pretty good stuff everywhere I looked online. (CNet and PCMAG both had nice things to say about durability.) I am very happy to say this case checks every one of my wishlist boxes for a case, and it does it while being LESS THAN HALF the cost of a UAG Monarch Pro. I absolutely love the additional heft of this case thanks to the metal camera cover. Long gone are the days of me smudging the lenses while holding my phone. It keeps the majority of the dust away too. The metal is cool to the touch in the morning, which adds a nice tactile feeling. It also heats up wickedly in the sun - but thankfully behind the cover stays cool to the touch, so I'm not worried about the heat causing damage to the cameras. The grips on the edge of the case are good, nice and functional - but also easy to keep clean. (Another point over UAG, whose old grip was great but a nightmare to keep clean... And whose new cases pretty much lack grip entirely.) The raised lips are around the whole screen but they're more pronounced on the top and bottom - I have grown to like that. It makes interacting near the edge of the screen a little smoother while still offering screen down protection for flat surfaces. Another appreciated detail of this case VS UAG's Monarch Pro - the corners on the backside. The left and right edges on the Supcase are angled. This makes the case feel much more comfortable to hold in your hands compared to UAG, which is a very sharp right angle. There are very few right angles on this case, actually, and the result is something that fits in your hands no matter how you prefer to hold your phone. The magnet is QUITE strong. I've never felt like my phone is going to come unattached from magsafe mounts or popsockets. And it doesn't interfere at all with the SPen! (UAG's was weak and flimsy to boot.) The camera cover being used as a kickstand is a little wobbly, but it definitely works okay, provided your surface is level. It works better without anything attached to the Magsafe, though. Since I use a popsocket - I prefer that for propping my phone up so the cameras can stay protected. My only other nitpick would be the buttons - they don't feel great. They're kind of flimsy/wobbly and make noise if you tap/touch them with your fingers gently. But I've honestly gotten used to this. It's not a big deal. In the end, this case is everything I wanted it to be, and I'll definitely be grabbing a spare when there's a sale, since I tend to keep my phones longer than your average person and I'm often left with little to no choices towards the end of the life of my device. If you've got a similar wishlist as mine - or you've found that UAG has gotten a little too comfortable as a company and a little too overpriced - I highly recommend giving this case a shot. Supcase has sold me and stolen the crown. UAG won't be getting another penny out of me. It's the end of an era and the dawn of a new one, and I can honestly say, long live the new king! (Keep it up Supcase!)

This case is heavy duty. I've accidentally dropped my phone several times, including down flights of stairs and it has protected my phone each and every time. The magnet in the case is quite strong but does not affect using the pen. However, if you have an accessory attached to the magnet, that may affect the pen, so just remove that accessory and you're good to go. I also like the cover for the lenses. It protects them well. I do sometimes have trouble with the fingerprint reader but that may be because of the privacy screen protector I have on it. The case is quite bulky and heavy, but it's worth it to me. I do not use the camera cover as a kickstand. I bought a separate magentic accessory to use as a stand. It also acts similar to a pop socket, making it easier to hold the phone while I use it. I definitely recommend this case if you're looking for heavy duty protection for your phone.

I've always gone with the supcase with the kick stand that slides out, but eventually the hinge would break. Decided to try this instead and like it even more. Thinner case so it's not as bulky, no plastic bezel for the front that world crack, and the back camera cover keeps the lenses clean and protected. Tried a pop socket and it holds strong. Also makes wireless charging easier, just a guess but might be because it's a thinner case so it doesn't need to be exactly in position. Doesn't have the charge port cover but I prefer that. Was annoying to hold it out of the way to plug in my cord.

Last purchased Feb 28, 2025 Current Date: June 24, 2026 Well it lasted a year and it did fantastic in that time! I did notice that the camera cover didn't quite 'click' back into place rather quickly, but it did remain closed so that wasn't a huge deal for me. Just something to be aware of. I've dropped my phone a few times onto the pavement while getting into or out of my car and my phone is in perfect condition. The raised edges have been a godsend in that respect. The case has my initial impressions lifted above my expectations. Holding the phone the lower profile compared to bulkier cases is appealing. Keep in mind thar the back plastic used in many phone cases like this can be slick so keep a good grip on that phone. The sides have texture and grip but not as much as some other cases. The friction hinge on the camera is stiff enough to act as a phone stand for horizontal viewing. The stand doubling ad a camera cover is nicer they even added soft padding on the camera facing side. Feels sturdy and doesn't increase bulk like a 3 piece case I own that may offer better protection with higher raised vlbevel protection and thicker corners but that became a pain to slip in and out of a pocket. My only concern going forward is temperature handling of the case materials. Will they excessively hold it in or release it? The s24 Ultra gets quite hot when being used while charging in an environment above 90f. The colored plastic areas are your typical coating and material. Should last a year of general use before scratching and chipping occur. The side buttons click is satisfactory. The power button isn't as solid of a click but serves it's function. I enjoy the case buttons being low profile, avoids them catching on anything or being pressed accidentally. I don't use this case with a screen protector and while I probably should with such a phone but I I will say the case does VERY VERY slightly cover the screen edge glass so if you have an edge to edge screen protector you may be close in tolerances there. Otherwise, great phone. If I have any problems such as the hinge becoming looser with time and use or the case falling apart pre maturely ill update my review. Over all, 4.95/5.

This phone case is awesome it works awesome for mag safe it's very strong! The magnet does not affect the SPen like it has for me on other cheaper cases. WORKS PERFECT!! Also buttons for volume are sturdy and clicky, they work awesome!! I love the camera cover that doubles as a stand!! Very sturdy and strong. The first case that I ordered the camera cover did not close all the way to be honest. But I saw a similar review where another guy said the same thing and when he got his second one it worked perfect. I got my second one today and it works perfect and clicks closed!! Overall the case is very stylish and awesome looking. Mag safe and spen usage rocks!! Get this case!!

Awesome case has held up to drops and oily hands while working in a mechanic shop. Rear cover protects the camera pretty good the hinge does get some play over time but nothing to crazy or anything still works as a kick stand and stays latched in.

I bought my case a few months back, and it has been accidentally rigorously tested by myself. It has fallen onto*: Hardwood floors Concrete floors (both smooth and rough) Tile floors Gravel Metal And firewood *Usually the phone was at roughly 4ft when dropped. Pros: very protective case, durable, the sides have good grip, I never have to worry that my camera lenses have gotten scratched or broken, the stylus is easy access, and having a built in kickstand is pretty nice Cons: The volume buttons on the case go out of alignment with the ones on the phone, the hardshell parts of the case seem to have a friction coefficient of 0, and the camera protector sticks out enough that your options for any magsafe accessories are drastically reduced. Takeaway: As much as this case has saved my phone, im not sure I can recommend it. The button alignment problem seems to get worse with time. It will either not register a button press, or it will cause the button to be held down (either maxing out the volume or muting it with 1 quick press). An upside is that I'm able to have both a screen protector, and a set of lens protectors on without any clearance issues. But overall, the problems I've had with the case just seem to get worse with time and its causing me to consider buying a different one.

Very well made. All buttons work without having to press hard at all. Rear camera flap is very strong to protect camera. Does not come undone easily. Also can be used as a stand which is also excellent quality. Fits phone great. Colour red slightly brighter shade than photos. Lovely colour finish. Very good quality. Would buy again.

The case was better than expected. Fits the phone perfectly. Looks great. Does what it's actually intended for. It also has a cover to actually protect the lenses from damage. No gimmicks. Works great with wireless charging. Button on side for switching on or activation, needs a little more pressure. Otherwise no problems and a great product!

I just received the case, so should anything change I will update this review, but upon immediate use, I can't complain. The S24 ultra fits in it perfectly, no movement around the edges, but also not a massive struggle to get into the case. The buttons work fine. I can easily access the S-pen and charging portal. The case has a nice grip, doesn't feel to be made overly cheap. The camera protector closes well with a satisfying little click. It has enough tension to use it as a kickstand; in landscape, it is very stable, in portrait, it is stable as long as you position the door perpendicular or a few degrees off of perpendicular. I mainly bought this case for the camera protector, and it does that job. Right now I can not attest to its MagSafe abilities, but a normal magnet sticks to it. So far I am very happy with this case.
