We had to download installation instructions to follow from one website. Then we had to download a programming manager from another website. It was a tedious install, but it does work.

Product was very simple to install. Everything was as user friendly as it could get to allow you the function of remote starting the vehicle with your factory remote. The downside is customer service. Unfortunately they only work through email and don’t respond quickly. So when I needed to wire in the parking lights to turn on for visual indication that the vehicle started I had to call since there are no instructions. Response time was terrible so start this project on a Friday night because you’ll need the next 2 days if there are any questions you need answered.

I installed this on my wife's car and it works and was relatively easy install. I did have some difficulty programming as the directions did not go exactly with the programming. Was able to figure it out with some trial and error. Overall happy with the fact that it does start the car and the price was much better than competitors. Only thing we don't like is that you have to lock the doors to start the car and then you have to use the key to unlock the door. It's not a big deal for me, but for my wife dealing with kids and digging the key out to physically unlock the door it's almost not worth the hassle.

It does what it supposed to do but not without a long call with tech support. He walked me through the programing to add one function then stayed on the line with me while I sent to the car and made 2 other changes and started the car remotely. Great service that should not have been necessary had they done their job properly in the first place.

Installed easy enough when I purchased it only worked for the first winner of course I didn't try using it during the summer but the following winter when it went to go use it again it didn't work anymore I just now a couple years later tried reprogramming it that didn't work tried reflashing it that didn't work. It's a dud

Took about 2 hours to install program and test. Do yourself a favor and take the advice and read the installation manual before you start the in stall. I took the advice and did so and it made a big difference in how easy the install went.I was not in a hurry and took my time at every step of the way. And everything went as planed and the unit work as expected on the first try.
