This has been working great for me with an iPad. Can’t complain.

This was an excellent piece of kit, much cheaper than the competitors. Easy to setup, no lag and as long as your in 1080p the picture quality and audio quality is fine! Perfectly functional and good for streaming.

Im honestly impressed by this, especially as they spelt console as "concsole" in the pictures.The recording quality and audio quality are fine nothing crazy but not bad either, for its price i'd say this is the perfect capture card for screensharing gameplay to friends on discord.

Useless captures footage from my ps5 altho it stutters but then when I go to view the ps5 source on my monitor I get a black screen the only way of me seeing my ps5 screen is through the obs so its utterly useless when you cant still view the ps5 through the hdmi output in your monitor not only that but you need to turn down the ps5 resolution for the capture card ro even capture the ps5 gameplay wpuld not recommend

Useful bit of kit which works very well with good video definition and sound. Along with the right software (free) my old VCR is now munching through decades of video tapes recording onto my digital NAS storage drives. Using a spare monitor with dual HDMI sockets I can just switch between inputs VCR/PC so permanently wired up for when I have a few spare hours to use it!

Wanted a way to record my Xbox gameplay to live stream to twitch and this was the perfect way! Easy to use and setup, very much a plug in and play type thing! Quality is also great and find there’s isn’t much if any delay between the stream and real game. Highly recommend!

For the price this is a great product to start streaming or recording with. Easy to use with no no need to install drivers, just plug and play. Works great with all streaming services such as Streamlabs, OBS and TikTok Studio. Image quality is as expected for the price but is more than enough for everyone just starting out on streaming platforms or recording videos.

I tested this with the Chromecast with Google tv 4k, the ps4 and the ps5. It was not mentioned anywhere but although this device does support 4k at 60hz HDMI passthrough, it does NOT support HDMI output with HDR passthrough. For ppl buying this for Hyperion or hyperhdr this means you would need to buy an HDMI splitter (supporting HDR 4k output) and use one output with this capture card and connecting the USB to the raspberry pi (or whatever other system running hyperhdr) and the other output of the splitter connected directly to the TV. I have not tested yet whether hyperhdr will be able to detect HDR content with this capture card but since passthrough does not support it, it's likely this info won't be passed on through the USB either.

Update: problem was entirely user (me) error. I learned that my computer was limiting the access to it and had to go into my camera settings to allow it to be accessed. After numerous YouTube videos and trial and error, my caption card is working great! Keeping my original bellow in case of someone else runs into a similar problem - I’ll also include what I did to fix it.1. I use 1 monitor to game and stream, so make sure you can switch between HDMIs. The USB that comes with the system should be plugged into the PC station and your console (Nintendo Switch for me). Then, you’re going to plug an HDMI cord into your monitor and the devices’ OUTPUT. The INPUT will be plugged to your console (ie Nintendo). You should have two green lights show up.2. On my computer settings, I went to “Camera privacy”, and then “camera device settings”. I think hit “USB3 Video”, “Advanced camera options”, and ensured the media type was 1920x1080 and “allow multiple apps to use camera at once”3. This solved the issue of poor image quality and accessing the image itself in OBS!Previous: Purchased because I wanted to stream my Nintendo games on OBS. Program didn’t recognize the device and when I finally got it to work after watching a bunch of videos, the resolution was trash with no option to bring it up :( very sad results. Will be returning
