Is the installation kit reusable? like when you want to use another screen protector in the future?

Yes, just buy another amFilm Magnetic screen protector

Looks like the screen protector covers the front camera and sensors, can anyone confirm this?

Yes, it does just understand the speaker part. It doesn’t affect the camera quality though, and I am able to unlock my phone with Face ID no problem.

Does it fit Otterbox Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus case?

I have an otterbox case. This glass fits inside the case.
