My mom orders this for my little sister because it really helps with her appetite. She doesn’t go without it, it improves the quantity and variety of food she’ll eat. It comes in fun shapes which she loves, and it’s very sweet so it’s almost like dessert. I personally don’t like the smell but she doesn’t mind it at all. She takes 2 gummies everyday and even asks for it when we forget. Great quality, totally recommend.

I tried to get my toddler to like these but she kept spitting them out. I tasted them myself and they’re not bad at all. I just have a very picky eater.

While these seem to be high quality my 13 year old hates how they taste and he is not picky. They smell gross to me as well so I know he’s not making it up. He will continue with the pro/pre biotic ones but I have to switch to a less awful tasting multi. Also, they do not seem to have fish oil and that’s usually what make multis taste bad so I’m not sure of the cause.

Started giving these to our 6 year old after her checkup where her pediatrician mentioned a basic multivitamin wouldn't hurt given how picky she's gotten about vegetables lately. Wanted something that wasn't going to turn into a daily battle like the chewable tablets we tried before that she'd hide in her cheek rather then swallow. Flavor is clearly a hit, she picks between strawberry and orange herself most mornings and takes it without any prompting, which honestly still surprises me a few weeks in. Texture is soft, chews easy, not the gummy that's gone hard and won't budge that we've gotten from cheaper bottles left open a little too long. No stomach complaints or anything off since starting these, and they've become just a normal part of her morning routine now alongside brushing teeth. Hard to say what's actually changing internally obviously, but it's one less thing I worry about given how selective she is with actual food most days. Bottle size has lasted a solid while at one gummy a day, and it reseals fine sitting in the cabinet without going sticky or stuck together like I've had happen with other gummy vitamins in humid weather. Only complaint is the bottle doesn't list the sugar content as clearly as I'd like on the front, had to flip it around to check. Worth mentioning we're not doctors, so definitely run any new supplement by your own pediatrician first rather then just going off a review, especially with dosing for your kid's specific age and weight. Price is right. Not chepa but worth it.
