If you've been using baking soda to give your pretzels a bath before baking, you are definitely doing it wrong! Give this a try instead! Used this in a stainless steel bowl of water to make my first batch of sourdough pretzels. It easier than you think it is and I was not disappointed. The lye made a perfect bath for my pretzels and they came out delicious.
