The perfect solution for me!
While the first unit I received arrived broken, my replacement has been perfect. The cable company left no slack cable in the wall, so when I remodeled the house I took time to cut a proper hole in the wall, install a mud plate and fit a Decora style 'quick port' insert. Then put on a standard wall plate of my choosing. But with the cable so short, it was quite difficult to thread the coax end on to the connector. I found this coax extension by mistake while looking for something else! It is exactly what I needed and it works perfectly with my 2.5GB coax internet connection with no loss of speed or reliability. This made my install much easier and any future work will be much more manageable. Otherwise, the cable company would need to completely replace entire cable from the house to the street just because they left me no slack for maintenance or repair.

Easy to install
These make it so much easier to do wall jacks without having the hassle of the RG59 coax being hard to move in the box. They match the white wall plate perfect and for the money you can't go wrong.

Allows you to actually hook up coax to a keystone jack
I have a 3 keystone wall plate behind my rack with 2 hdmi's and 1 coax for my home internet. With the original coax keystone you couldn't actually plug anything into it. The head of the coax cable was just too big to screw on rendering it useless. This gives you a little extra room to make that connection and route the cable in whichever direction you need it to go coming out of they keystone.

These were a lifesaver!!
I was having issues tucking my coax cables behind a nice keystone jack cover as the angles of approach to the typical keystone jacks is straight on. With a normal wall thickness, there just isn't enough room to turn the Coax cabling enough to not put strain on the faceplate. These were exactly what I needed. I've purchased a number of DIYTECH products and have always been happy with the quality. Highly recommend.
