Classic Weber quality!
-Start to finish- In receiving the grill, the package was very sturdy and made to protect it. Opening the box: I was very careful when opening the box. Every part was meticulously packaged and identified. This creates a ton of waste, however easy to dispose of. Box opened and parts distributed: I made sure to open everything and take each and every piece out and lay them carefully around the floor keeping together the parts that made sense to keep together. Putting together: Had a tough time figuring out the build sequence. I did find that the BILT app on Apple and Android is probably the best with directions, however you need someone with you to guide you along the way to verify direction, part and so on. The BILT app is easy to follow and you can pinch to zoom, but has its challenges, so at times we had to close and open the app a few times. Note: BILT is found in the Play store and is identified by a square light green icon with a white bolt. My wife and I found that following the BILT directions to be the best approach and in the end, it was completed with no extra parts except for a few extra build pieces that was normal to be left over. Once completed we did validate everything which made the build a complete success. Took about 1.5 hours - 2 hours, but it was not that bad. Later/Barbecue time: We found that this grill is VERY well made and appreciated the thought put into this build. It also has a sear feature that creates a hotter area for searing steaks and other type of meat. Something to think about: -When turning on a new zone, always press the ignition button to be sure you hear that zone light. -We noticed if going to low in heat adjustment, the gas will totally turn off. Keep an eye on that. -Holding temp is a little tricky, but keeping at eye on the temp gauge is important. -Keep an eye on the grease catch as the unit default grease catch is small and can fill up pretty quick. You may be able to purchase larger grease pans, but something to keep an eye on. -This does have a top rack, but smaller depth wise than you would think so stacking multiple racks of ribs is not possible. Overall: -Great Weber Quality as you would expect. No cutting corners from the manufacturer. -The grill looks great and the material is solid and of good quality. -All of my barbecues have been a success on this grill. No fuss, no mess, very clean and good heat retention across the board. Side notes: The two front doors are nice as well and totally protected from the elements to a degree, which is nice to avoid outside dust and materials that may blow in/around the grill. I would recommend purchasing the Weber cover recommended for this device. Pricey but really suits the device well and you will be happier. Thank you for reading this.

Great Upgrade From Spirit Line - Quality Build!
This is my second Weber grill and an upgrade from a Spirit model we used for years. That grill served us well, but the Genesis E‑325 clearly steps things up in terms of both performance and overall build quality. Assembly was straightforward, everything fit together cleanly, and the grill heats quickly and evenly. Temperature control is excellent, recovery after opening the lid is fast, and the cooking surface performs very consistently across the grates. It’s been great for everything from quick weeknight meals to longer cooks where steady heat really matters. The upgrade in materials and construction is immediately noticeable compared to the Spirit. The cabinet and shelves feel sturdier, the grill holds heat better, and the overall experience feels more refined and confidence‑inspiring. This is a grill clearly designed for frequent use and long‑term ownership. One small con: the hooks used to hang the grates under the shelf don’t always stay in place if they’re bumped, which can be a little annoying when cleaning or rearranging things. It’s a minor issue and doesn’t impact cooking performance, but it’s worth noting. Overall, this was a worthwhile upgrade and exactly what I hoped for when moving up from the Spirit line. Solid construction, excellent heat control, and consistent results make this an easy recommendation for anyone looking to step up their grilling setup.

Excellent Grill for Everyday Cooking
We've been extremely happy with this grill. It's easy to light, heats up quickly, and cooks food evenly. One of our favorite features is the ability to control each burner individually, making it easy to set up both direct and indirect heat depending on what we're cooking. We also prefer propane over charcoal, so it's been much more convenient for us. We've found that if you're cooking foods with a lot of oil or grease, you may occasionally get a flare-up, so it's worth keeping an eye on it. Other than that, it's been an outstanding grill and a great addition to our outdoor kitchen. We'd definitely recommend it.

Stop looking this is the ONE
This grill is a great option for everyday and weekend use the heating speed and temperature control is phenomenal. It took be about 1.5 hours to assemble and I seared steaks on it the same day. Great choice I can now retire my old Char broiler dual fuel grill. Very nice upgrade!!!!

Lovely
Bought this for my husband for father's day, he absolutely loves it! We paid for assembly, wasn't 100% done right but did a good job nonetheless. Definitely value for money.

AI slop customer service, abyssmal production values and quality control
You should really stop buying Weber products. They clearly have production issues and their customer service is buried behind AI slop service. One of the frame pieces had an attachment soldered to it that was clearly defective. Emailed the company with clear instructions on what piece at what step in the assembly I was having issues with along with pictures. They email back telling me that it's the rear frame that appears to be bad but I need to id the piece number from a link they provide that doesn't work. I respond that the link doesn't work but I'm pretty positive that it's not the rear frame but the front frame. They respond back thanking me for my concern about the rear frame and they are ordering the rear frame now and I shortly get an order email for the rear frame. This has to be AI controlling the email service. I then use their chat feature and eventually get a human. They cancel the rear frame and order a front frame piece for me while deftly ignoring my questions about whether the email is AI and tell me the piece should ship in a few days. That was March 16th. The piece has still not been shipped. Called their order department and they are out of stock for the piece. They gave me no ETA when it will be back in stock. So now I have had a disassembled grill in my living room for two weeks with no idea how long it will be sitting there.

Great grill and assembly was great by Amazon
I’ve been searching for a quality gas grill for years and always heard great things about Weber—especially how long they last. After doing a lot of research, I decided on the Weber Genesis. This spring (2026), there were solid deals everywhere—Costco, Ace Hardware, Home Depot—but Amazon ended up being the best option for me. Between reward points and 5% cash back on my credit card, I got an even better deal than anywhere else. Plus, they offered free delivery and assembly, which I was a little unsure about at first. After reading reviews, I decided to go for it—and I’m glad I did. The assembly team took about an hour to an hour and a half, were professional, took their time, and did an excellent job. Everything was set up perfectly. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great grill, great deal, and smooth delivery and setup. Highly recommend.

I see why it’s so highly recommended
Assembly was a lil annoying, but the instructions were clear enough. Everything else is great: it heats quickly and looks durable.

Quality build for the price when on sale.
I bought this Weber because it has an extra large grill lid for rotisserie meats. Only a Weber Rotisserie will fit this grill. I tried others and they did not fit. The sear burner is needed to sear meats but also helps to get temperature rise quickly on cooler days. I like the sear burner rather than side sear plate because it’s cleaner and can sear multiple items. Very even accurate temperature across grill and a decent build quality. Was easy to put together. Unfortunately no rear rotisserie burner. It’s an easy light but sometimes the far burner takes a few seconds to catch. Has a good collection system for run off grease.
