We have been searching for 20 years for a brand that we thought was as good as what progresso used to make. By the way, I saved their label and try to make it from time to time. Anyway, this was REALLY good, best we’ve had in forever. Definitely buy it again.

Boscoli olive salad.
I ordered this brand because it states 100% olive oil. The jars I received show canola oil and olive oil. This is a good olive salad, but disappointed that it wasn’t 100% olive oil that it showed on the jar online.

Not properly packed
Just love this olive salad, previous orders came packaged in a box. Current order was packaged in a paper bag mailer and arrived damaged even though it was in bubble wrap. Since you can't return the item it would be wise to consider not ordering it.

As close as you can get to making it yourself!
Very close to the authentic flavor of the French market olive salad used to make a muffelatta. Just need to add some hot giardiniera.
