My grandson is tall and skinny and wants to build muscle, so I got this book to help him. It will help build muscle and self-esteem, having more confidence. You will learn how to find the right balance of protein, fats, and carbs. I have learned about safely meal prepping, and techniques to save time while doing it. The recipes are pretty good, but I really like the list of ingredients at the end, that's good for anyone to become healthier.

I love the creative, healthy ideas in this book. The recipes are delicious and great if you’re on a budget. Meal prep can be hard sometimes. This book sets you up slowly until you get it on your own.

I've wanted to undertake this path for a long time but I wasn't able to achieve concrete results on my own, but by purchasing this book I gave a turning point to my life.it opened up a new world to me, containing many simple but at the same time excellent recipes also accompanied by lots of advice provided by the author.an excellent manual.

Meal prep and cooking instructions very brief and lack detail.Not many photos and those that are present are black and white!Come on, it's the 21st century we have colour printers now!

All black and white, no photos except the odd one.
Save your money , there are better books out there. Felt like the author made this by printing it at home with very fee pictures to save money. Mines gone straight in recycling bin.
