I am a subscriber of this product. I drink it with water every morning as soon as I wake up for my wellness, good minerals for my bone. It’s seems purer, less particles than the other brand I bought and grind quality is great, dissolves quickly. It’s more pricy though but is worth it! This purchase was for my sister and my niece to try it out. I highly recommend this.

Really happy with this Le Marinier Celtic grey salt. The crystals are coarse, slightly damp, and have that beautiful natural grey color you want from real French sea salt - clearly unrefined and mineral rich. The flavor is clean, briny, and complex, not harsh or one-note like table salt. I use it in a grinder for finishing, in pasta water, on roasted veggies, and on meats - it elevates everything. I really like this Celtic sea salt. It has a natural flavor and a coarse texture that works very well in many of my recipes. I use it for cooking, seasoning meats, vegetables, and other everyday meals. The package is convenient and keeps the salt well protected. I use this when I make my sourdough bread. It has a different flavor than regular salt, that’s perfect for sourdough

Bought it for a grinder but does not grind well because it's too moist. I dried it out by putting it on a baking sheet and setting the oven for 350° and cracking the oven door and stirring it with a spatula every few minutes. It dried out beautifully and I would definitely buy it again. I will not buy sea salt that comes from the Mediterranean because of the contaminated conditions of the Mediterranean so sticking to the Atlantic Ocean is very doable. That's why I bought this product.

Good grain size and superb flavor, due to its high moisture content, using an electrical grinder, it is not easy flowing. You can feel the low sodium content and tasteful flavor.
