The best facial exerciser invented. There are several problems though: one is that the website is no longer in operation. If you search Jawfit on Google, you can find instructions for use, but the ones I saw were written in poor english. Still, should be good enough in order to understand how to use the product. Another issue is that, as of today, Amazon no longer stocks this product. An additional dilemma is that (probably to save on cost) they did not include instructions for use in the box. This was a bad move! And, as a result of not including detailed instructions, there were some bad reviews on this product, because people did not know how to use it! Once I read about the many ways to use this product, WOW. All I can say is, this has to be the best facial exerciser invented. Because it has no removable parts, there is nothing to replace. With similar products, like Flex Away or Facial Flex, or a variety of other products, there are always batteries or rubber bands to purchase. Obviously, this is a good business move for these other products, but not good for the consumer. Jawfit uses springy steel to exercise your face. It should last a long time--I'm hoping! I was planning on buying a few in order to never run out, but Amazon doesn't have them in stock *sad face*. I believe Jawfit is the solution to my facial exersize problem. When the bar is tilted up, I can really feel it working my neck and chin, which is why I bought it in the first place. It doesn't have hands-free operation if you want to use it correctly. You'll need to position the metal bar in order to get the best workout for the area of the face you're trying to target. Tilted up, it works your lower face and jaw/chin. Tilted down, it works your upper cheeks. And just used horizontally it gives a decent face workout overall, but I didn't like using it this way. It felt awkward, like it was stretching my cheeks too much. When using it, just purse your lips and hold for a few seconds. And voila, you'll feel the burn. And I know--it has been said that "spot training" doesn't work--but I beg to differ. Maybe that is true if you're overweight. If you're very overweight, you probably won't see any difference from using this. But if you're not, and you're just not blessed with a naturally slim face and neck, I bet you will. Please Amazon, put this back in stock! I hope they still make it... I'll update when I see results, regardless of the fact that Amazon may never stock it again.

I have only used it a few times but I really think this is going to work! Look up YouTube videos for precise instructions. For the price it really is worth trying.

I've tried litterally every contraption for facial excersize out there. This one is the best I've ever tried. It looks like a joke, but it's not at all. Within 3 days I noticed my facial asymmetry and drooping on one side of my face have nearly corrected. Nasial labial folds are smaller and my jawline is snatched. This one doesn't hurt my TMJ like the flex effect did and my facial muscles are sore in a good way, not painful like with others, but like you know something is happening. My only complaint is that the directions might as well be in some secret code. I looked at the picutres and figured out that you need to push the middle bar up to your nose while its positioned in your mouth, then push the bar down to your chin. Both these methods work out different parts of your face and it hurts so good. Note to the company: please find someone who speaks fluent english to translate your directions fully.

Con-has heavy metal smell, hopefully not toxic. Pro- does what it says

I can only speak for myself. I used the jaw exerciser once, following the directions, and I will never use it again. After using it, I noticed two red circles, one on each side of my face. What!! Will those areas bruise? Will I have broken blood vessels there? I don't know, but I'm not taking any chances. I think the exerciser stretched my face too much. It is a very, very tight fit. Then, too, for two pieces of plastic-like material connected by a piece of wire, it is pretty expensive. It appears that a lot of people really like it so, as I said, I can only speak about my own experience. Maybe the red circles will go away over time and leave no damage. I hope so, but that's it for me. I'm done with it.

After reading many reviews, this is what I have to say. 1. This is a great device, hands down! 2. We must use face cream ANYTIME we do any kind of facial exercises to prevent fine lines from forming (as you strngthen muscles). 3. Let your intuition guide you as you slowly focus on stregthening muscles, if you think you're exercising the wrong section o f cheeks, make a change. . 4. I can see by shining light on the side of my face that this is definately filling in my aging "hollows". If I stop using it, I can a lapse in the appearance of my taughter/stronger under-support to my skin. 5. You can adjust this to where you place it on the inside of your cheeks, watch slowly in the mirror -- is that the area you want to work out? In closing, I give this 5 stars! because it is a great product. Finally, here is the truth on results: I have an older autistic family member who always speaks the truth and without fliters, be it a compliment or an insult. Well I had not seen him in over 4 years and the first thing he said to me when I walked in the room as "you look young for your age" and said it quite a few times during my visit. So, I know he means what he says. Why? Because Make No Mistake, Autism never lies! PS I am purchasing another one to have as a back up!

I do think this is great for sag but sadly it caused a brand new never seen before line/wrinkle in lower cheek area. Therefore I cannot recommend.

Woah! Gotta say after recently I have been experiencing a lot of stress and tension in my mouth. I got this to workout the muscles and the area and hopefully relieve some of that stress and wow from my first 15 minutes of using it my mouth and face feel great! My family is known to have an uneven face and it started to happen to me but I can tell this device is rapidly reversing it. Well guys I'm pumped about this machine, watch my video and go ahead and order it with no hesitation!
