J'ai reçu le produit tel que décrit. Il y a une garantie de 2 ans, ce qui 1 an de plus que ce que je m'attendais. Je l'ai utilisé une fois et tout va bien. Le coussin à l'intérieur du casque laisse une marque rouge sur le front pendant quelques minutes après l'utilisation du iRestore. Sinon très facile à utiliser, mais il est impossible de savoir le résultat de l'utilisation avant les 6 à 12 prochains mois. *** Mise à jour 2026-02-13 : J'aime beaucoup le iRestore, les résultats ne sont pas extraordinaire en terme de repousse de cheveux mais il n'y a surtout aucune nouvelle perte, ce qui est excellent. Hier, mon appareil à simplement cessé de faire de la lumière malgré le fait qu'il s'allume comme d'habitude. J'ai communiqué avec le service à le clientèle via le chat de leur site web et une vraie personne m'a répondue. En un nombre très limité d'échange le problème était soumis et le lendemain iRestore m'a contacté pour me dire qu'on allait m'envoyer un nouveau casque. Le service à la cliente est VRAIMENT exceptionnel, rapide et extrèmement efficace et ils honorent leur garantie.

Great company to purchase from.
I am giving this product a 5 star so far. I am giving this review because the customer service and follow-up from I restore has been incredible. After purchasing the product and registering the warranty they keep in touch to see how you are doing and if you have questions. The product is packaged well and is easy to use and comfortable. I am 4 weeks into use every other day. I have had increased shedding to start with which customer service said is normal and probably a good thing as I body will replace with stronger hair. I will follow-up with this review after longer use.

Communications have always been easy, efficient and successful in all of my questions and concerns.
Easy to use. I like using it every other day. 25 mins. goes by quickly; wear it while I am on the laptop or watching TV. I find it a good tool in keeping hair loss at bay.
