Not what you'd expect
My husband enjoys Buffalo Trace, so I purchased a bottle when I saw it available. We haven't found it to be particularly appealing; it has an unexpected sweetness that neither of us cares for. I'm hoping to find a culinary application that will complement its flavor profile, but it may remain on the spice rack for a while..

Delicious
This is great on almost anything. I've sprinkled it on chicken breast, fresh cod, hamburger, and it adds an awesome flavor to all of it. A bit of spice and a bit of smoke...not too much of either. I'll definitely keep this in stock in my spices. And it's a good price and value, too.
