Not sure how long you are supposed to use these before seeing any change but it's not worth it. They do taste great tho!

This item does not work for weight loss. Strangely enough, it gives you incredibly strong nails! I used it for about 3 months and I was also on a new medication at the same time. My fingernails, which are prone to shredding became incredibly strong. I stopped taking the ACV, I assumed the strong nails were from my new medication. Nope. My nails started shredding again, everyday. I resumed taking the ACV, it's been about 3 months, and my nails are really strong again! Taking it for my nails is worth it to me.

To help lose a little weight did not work for me

Disappointed with this product. I was taking a different brand and lost weight. This product was no longer available so I tried this product. Sadly this didn’t work for me. My appetite suppression came back full blown and the taste was not what I was expecting.

Great taste but not a noticeable ACV gut acidity. Seems like if it's delivering what they promise they have done a great job masking the ACV.

Took gummies as described on the container instructions each until I have but only 4 left. Absolutely NO change in weight loss at all. Cannot get my money back as this item is not returnable. You might as well eat a gummy cinnamon bears. Would not recommend this Nutriyum ACV +KETO gummies 1500mg.
