Well made and easy to operate.
Assembly and installation were straightforward, and the device made light work of winching an extremely heavy water heater up the stairs.

Failed on me teeth shredded
Not sure what I expected with the price however it failed on me while retrieving my boat from the water at the weekend! Boat is well within weight limit but teeth have shredded. Only used no more than 5/6 times since purchasing less than a year ago!

Works flawlessly. Works best with a straight pull, if the tow eye is on the left or right then the cable can get tangled
