Everything it is fine except those sponges do not fit exactly into the cube as the picture shows.

Great for when you need something better than the deflector, but don't need to go in the booth. Times such as just recording a few casual lines that still need a box vs a shield. I find deflectors to be better for when I'm recording casual podcasts or gaming commentary. Big booth for vocals, in-depth voice overs, and reading large blocks of text. This little box fits in when I need a voice-over that won't take too long.

My take-away from this form isolation booth is that it's probably best suited as a sound-dampener in a space that need only a modest degree of noise cancellation. I find that it works well when I'm recording a video late at night when there's no sounds going on in my own home and when outside street noise it at a minimum. However, I live on a very busy street. When it's active this box has little effect keeping out unwanted sound. Those who have relatively modest needs for noise cancellation might well profit from it but it does have its limitations.
